1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and online services operated by Ledgercross ("Ledgercross", "we", "us", or "our") at our current domain(s) and any successor sites (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services provide general information about Ledgercross, our capabilities, blog content, career opportunities, and tools such as consultation booking or account features we may offer from time to time. 7. Consultations and engagements
Booking a consultation or exchanging information through the Services does not create a client relationship or obligation to engage Ledgercross. Any software development, consulting, or other professional work is subject to a separate statement of work, order form, or master services agreement, including fees, deliverables, and liability terms agreed in writing by both parties.
8. Third-party links
The Services may link to third-party websites or integrations. We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LEDGERCROSS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD 50), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANY FEES FOR SUCH SERVICES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ledgercross and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory local law.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ledgercross regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
