Growth Lead (Global SaaS Portfolio)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic and versatile Growth Lead to drive user acquisition, retention, and market penetration for Ledgercross's suite of AI-driven SaaS solutions. Our diverse product portfolio spans Digital Security and Business Optimization, including:
- Advanced Digital Integrity & Media Verification Systems
- Global Brand Protection Infrastructures
- Predictive Revenue & Market Intelligence Engines
- Organizational Architecture & Human Capital Systems
You will be responsible for building a global growth engine that speaks to varied personas—from Security Officers and Brand Protectors to Sales VPs and HR Directors. The ideal candidate blends a strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) with data-driven performance marketing to ensure our solutions scale efficiently in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Growth Strategy: Develop and execute tailored growth playbooks across all four distinct product lines, balancing high-intent acquisition for security tools with social-selling strategies for our enterprise platforms.
- Full-Funnel Optimization: Drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention. Optimize the complete user journey from landing page conversion to onboarding and long-term product adoption.
- International Market Expansion: Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across global regions, identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and localization opportunities for different markets.
- Channel Management: Lead and scale inbound and outbound growth channels, including SEO, paid advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), email marketing, and strategic partnerships.
- Data-Driven Experimentation: Build scalable experimentation frameworks. Run continuous A/B tests on messaging, pricing, and funnels to reduce time-to-value, lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and maximize Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to improve user experience, feature adoption, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, specifically scaling products globally.
- Technical Marketing Skills: Proficiency with industry-standard CRM, product analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Mixpanel, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Strategic Agility: Proven ability to market complex, high-trust technical products alongside essential business workflow tools.
- Data Proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities to track global user cohorts, campaign performance, and revenue metrics.
- Global Mindset: Experience navigating diverse regional digital ecosystems, international compliance, and localized messaging.
